Every company that helps us run NOLGIA and processes customer data, what we use each for, and what data it receives.
1. About this list
In short: Every company that processes customer data on our behalf. We update this page when the list changes.
This is the full list of companies that process customer data for NOLGIA, as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections 2 and 3 are our principal subprocessors: the companies we work with directly. Each handles data under its own terms, linked below. Section 4 names the companies those principal subprocessors may pass a request to for the model you chose.
Model providers receive only what is needed for the models you use, and only when you use them.

* This company's terms reserve a right to use data it receives to improve its models. We opt out where the provider offers it. We do not train AI models on your content.
† We have turned off the use of our data for model training in our account with this company.
4. Companies reached through OpenRouter, fal.ai and SeeGen
In short: When you choose one of these models, the request goes through the principal subprocessor shown, which may pass it to the company named here.
OpenRouter, fal.ai and SeeGen give us access to models made by other companies. OpenRouter may send a request to the model's maker or to another company that hosts the same model. fal.ai runs some models on its own servers and passes others to the company that makes them. A request reaches these companies only when you use one of their models.

5. Notice of changes
In short: We post a new principal subprocessor here at least 15 days before it starts processing customer data. Latest notice: October 2, 2026.
As our Data Processing Addendum describes, we update this page at least 15 days before a new principal subprocessor starts processing customer data, and we email notices to customers who ask for them at contact@nolgia.ai. Where we must replace a subprocessor urgently to keep the service running, we give notice as soon as we can. Each change is dated in the change history below.
